The best car wash experience I had since I bought my car. I had a steam wash and there were 4-5 people around my car to do the job,It was like a pit stop.I can watch every steps they do. It took almost 1 hour and 45 minutes to finish the job, they inspect every little particles of dust and clean it. Those who are in a rush I do not recommend this pace. But those who LOVE YOUR CAR definitely check out this place. And it just cost you 700/-(steam wash)

As of now, staff has less experience and they are doing hard work but still there is need to get improve in their service. I got service for my car and later on I saw lot of rubbing/polish machine marks was putted on car bonut and in other part but i just analyzed bonut part only. I don't know about others given rating but this is fact.I am not attaching photo because my camera can't catch those marks. I believe they will improve the service in near future.

Given both my bikes to the detailing mafia and their work is nothing short of excellence. The bullet had nasty levels of rust on it and I had no hopes of getting it removed. Yet, it was sparkling like new within 3 hours. The other bike had to be meticulously washed in the interiors and they used gentle steam wash for hard to reach crevices. Mind you, both these bikes were merely washed only. Yet, they were gleaming as if polish was done. I can only imagine how their professional polishing work will be. Most of all, I was most impressed with their proprietor Vineet. Despite being a young man, his automotive and detailing knowledge is highly impressive. The consideration and professionalism he exhibits is a testimony to how serious they are about client satisfaction. Their value proposition is a true work of art. Happy to have found this place! I visited Detailing Mafia on a recommendation from a friend. Owning a black car in itself is a pain, and maintaining it black is tough. All thanks to the guys at detailing.mafia to make my 11year old car look like new again. The details at which they work and precision is unparalleled, they worked for my car at the alloys they looked at the fine dust places inside the car, under the hood, cleaning it by steam and foam was fabulous. The workflow that they made was to clean the whole car First and then apply the wax and let it dry till they clean the rest of the car, and at the last rub the wax off the car.

Went for ciaz viper mafia package. 3 ppl working, water fan , steam, engine decreasing etc etc and one can sit there and see the work happening . Was impressed . Fantastic . Avinash, one of the partner interacted well and made is comfortable. Offered tea . I had earlier booked slot through whatsapp. There was a bird poop which was spread . They offered me complimentary buff on that area and it was completely removed. Entire job felt neat. However after leaving and driving for about 5 km saw some dust on dash board . No fuss . It just required a wipe with a cloth . No worries. But entire job was perfect . It was my father in law s car and he was super impressed with the cleaning package . He washes this car himselves regularly and occasional water wash. He was impressed that many of the permenant dust Marks in the interiors were now clean. Good job. fantastic job . Got a New word. I had to spend additional 15000 rs approx. for getting my car repaired due to the damages done by these people. They do not even know what precautions needs to be taken while taking a car for washing. They damaged my engine coils , sensors , battery, spark plug while washing. It is common sense that these areas should not be washed. And even after committing the mistake they did not even say sorry and blindly have turned away from accepting the mistake. I have even confirmed from branded servicing center that the damage was due to water being present in coils and other areas . Do not fall prey for the photos and reviews. Got my car washed prior to a Ceramic Maintenance Coat. They did a decent job compared to other car wash places in Vizag. I have a keen eye on detailing, so had to point out a few spots missed after the car was washed. But they do a better job using better equipment and products including steam cleaning of some areas. They took an hour and half for complete wash and dry.
